Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use NDIS Next Steps.

About the service

NDIS Next Steps provides general information, document review, summaries, action planning, templates and draft content relating to NDIS matters.

The service is designed to help users better understand their information and prepare practical next steps.

No professional advice

NDIS Next Steps does not provide legal, medical, financial or clinical advice.

Outputs should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, health professional, financial adviser, advocate or other relevant professional.

No guaranteed outcome

Use of the service does not guarantee approval of funding, success in a review, a particular NDIS outcome or acceptance of any document or submission.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information and documents you provide.

You must ensure you have permission to provide information relating to another person.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, submitting it or sharing it with another person or organisation.

Artificial intelligence

The service may use artificial intelligence to analyse information and produce outputs.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or misunderstandings. Users must review outputs carefully and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

Payments and access

Some features require payment. Prices and inclusions are displayed before purchase.

Participant Action Packs are purchased individually. Professional Review Pack credits remain available until used unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds and consumer rights

Because paid outputs are generated digitally, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after the output has been generated or accessed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights or use the service for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NDIS Next Steps is not liable for loss arising from reliance on generated content, decisions made by users or third parties, service interruptions or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to the service.

Intellectual property

The NDIS Next Steps website, branding, software and original service content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use outputs generated for your own lawful personal or professional purposes.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
